Shirdi is called as home of Sai Baba and hence has blessed with a huge and beautiful temple of Guru Sai Baba. Located at Ahmednagar District, Maharashtra, India; it has always been a religious place for Hindus as well as Muslims. Shirdi is located at approximately 296 km from Mumbai and 83 km from Ahmednagar city. Ahmednagar is the nearest city to Shirdi.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi:
Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust is an administrative entity of Shri Sai Baba Temple and all the temples in the premises. The trust is responsible for the overall development of the Sai Baba Temple and Shirdi Village as well. The Sansthan management handles daily activities of the temple and also provides various facilities like food, accommodation, reservations and many other facilities at affordable rates.
Dwarkamai is located just next to Shri Sai Baba Temple and is known as the main residence of Guru Sai Baba, where he used to live. Sai Baba had been living at Dwarkamai for around 60 years till the time of his demise and Sai Baba himself had given the name “Dwarkamai” to the place. It is the place where Guru Sai Baba’s darbar was held and bhaktas got to see many of his miracles.
Going just next to Dwarkamai, a place named as Chavadi is situated, where Shri Sai Baba used to sleep every alternate night. Chavadi is a small residence of Sai Baba having two rooms, out of which the room where Shri Sai Baba used to sleep is not permitted to be entered by women. On every Thursday night, Guru Sai Baba’s footprints are carried from Dwarkamai to Chavadi.
Lendi Baug, Shirdi
The Lendi Baug, situated in the premises was once a dense forest. Sai Baba used to love this place and this was made and watered by Shri Sai Baba himself. Shri Sai Baba used to visit the Lendi Baug every morning and used to spend his time under a huge Neem Tree. Baba used to keep a lamp burning under a Peepal tree and today, a lamp called as “Nanda Deep”, is built in the memory of this lamp and the place, which has kept burning continuously.
Shani Shingnapur near Shirdi
Shani Shingnapur is positioned at around 70 kms from the Shirdi and including the famous Shani Dev Temple, the village has gained popularity for the houses with no doors but only the door frames. The tomb of Sant Shri Udasi Baba and Shri Dattatray temple are the another renowned places to visit in Shani Shingnapur.
Situated at around 75 km from Shirdi, Nashik is popular for its religious culture and so the sites.
