Reaching Bassein Beach by train is also easy as Vasai is the nearest suburban station and can be easily reached from Churchgate, Andheri, and Dadar by boarding a Virar or Dahanu local trains.
From Vasai station, there are both state transport corporation buses and auto-rickshaws available for the affordable process. Traveling from Andheri may be a better choice for it is also the station that is also nearest to the international terminal of the Mumbai International Airport.
